This annual conference is designed for PAs to connect and collaborate through high-caliber CME sessions across concurrent Hot Topic, PANRE, Educator, Professional Development, and Leadership tracks.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees, less a $30 administrative fee, may be applied for in writing to info@nysspa.org 30 days prior to the conference. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Accreditation

The total number of approved credits is 51 AAPA Category 1 CME credits with a maximum CME of 18 credits that can be earned per person. This activity has been reviewed by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Approval is valid from 11/08/2024 to 11/10/2024. AAPA reference number:  CME-2012359

Parking

Saratoga Hilton Parking Lot

  • For those staying overnight, the front desk will collect the guest's license plate information upon check in and post the parking fee of $10.00 per night directly to the guest room.
  • For day attendees, attendees will scan a QR code located in the parking lot to provide their license plate and payment information in order to pay for parking on their own using their mobile device. The pricing structure for the parking lot is the first hour is free, $5.00 for up to 4 hours, over 4 hours - 24 hours at $10.00

City Center Parking Facility

  • The City Center parking facility is located between Maple and High Rock Avenues, it has secure covered parking. The building features a pedestrian bridge on Level 3 over Maple Avenue that leads directly into the City Center. 
  • The facility offers a pay per park system with the first hour of parking free, with each additional hour being at $2.00, up to a per day maximum of $15.00 (currently).

Presidential Charity 

As an organization committed to promoting excellence in healthcare, NYSSPA proudly extends its support to a nonprofit organization each year chosen by the NYSSPA President. This collaboration offers the selected organization a platform to showcase its mission and impactful work. NYSSPA aims to raise awareness and funds for the chosen cause in conjunction with the annual CME Conference.
