Submission Forms are public (anyone can use) and which ones are
private?
Answer: Job Listings of value to NYSSPA members who are
Physician Assistants (whether seasoned, new or soon to graduate)
are posted on a regular basis in the NYSSPA "Members Only"
section of this web site. Only NYSSPA members have the ability to
view "Job Listings", or to post to "Positions Wanted."
Any individual or organizational representative may add a job listing
to NYSSPA's member-only section by using the public link "Submit
A Job Listing", and they may review "Positions Wanted"
that are posted by NYSSPA members.
The current number of job listings, along with the number of "new
jobs" since the last update is posted on the main page of this
web site.
If you wish to become a NYSSPA member, please proceed to our Membership
area.
Question: What is the usual format used when you post
these jobs, and how often are they updated?
Answer: A typical format of the job listings includes: Specialty,
Salary, Job Description and Contact Information. We do not restrict
the length of your "Job Listing" post.
These job listings are updated at least on a weekly basis, but we
reserve the right to remove them from our website after 30 days.
The length of time that they remain on the web site is 90
days from the date it is posted.
