NYSSPA merely compiles a list of open positions and a list of positions wanted. We assume all submissions are made in good faith. Federal law requires proper identification and documentation prior to employment. NYSSPA reserves the right to begin charging for this service at any time to any new job listings or positions wanted added to our current listings. We reserve the right to remove your listing at any time. We make no representations, claims or warranties regarding the exposure your listing will have or whom may answer it. Both parties should use common sense and proper judgment in evaluating prospective employers or employees, respectively.
